Jude Fokwang

Dr. Jude Fokwang is associate professor of social anthropology, ethnographic filmmaker and author. He has served as an editorial advisory member for leading academic journals including AFRICA: Journal of the International African Institute. He has also reviewed dozens of fictional and academic works, evaluated project proposals for the Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), Canada, the National Research Foundation (NRF), South Africa as well as book length manuscripts from academic presses such as Lexington Books. He brings to the team his vast editorial experience and commitment to the promotion of scholarship especially for promising authors with otherwise limited opportunities for publishing their works. As a scholar with long-standing interests in the mechanics of publishing, initially as a British Council and Information Library intern and most recently as a member of the Library Faculty Council at Regis University, he understands the nuts and bolts of publishing and distribution of all creative works.
